Located in our Denver office, you will be leading the development and implementation of an eCommerce strategy for the Automotive Replacement market to drive overall sales growth and ensure a seamless buying experience across multiple ch You'll define and lead the implementation of the Global Automotive Replacement eCommerce strategy. The chosen strategy will enable an appropriate mix of online go-to-market approaches for Gates and our partners, including distribution channel and end customers. This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be working closely with various functions within the company, as well as our distribution partners, to create a memorable shopping experience for all customers. One objective/goal will be to develop and execute the marketing plan for Gates and/or channel partner eCommerce channels; drive web traffic, increase conversion rates and expand customer relationships. Key responsibilities: Directing responsibility for delivering profitable growth for Automotive Aftermarket eCommerce accounts and support profitable expansion of eCommerce accounts in rest of world, in collaboration with regional commercial teams. Supporting the Global Product Line Management function. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, Distribution, Operations, Global Digital COE and Customer Service to ensure alignment of strategies for the best possible customer experience. Generating and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability in alignment with KPI's. Working closely with Product Managers to manage products in the context of the eCommerce channel(s). Staying current with digital trends, new technology solutions and competitive strategies, and translating into new eCommerce ideas.

ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant discipline; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of marketing, outside field sales, business development or other relevant experience. Knowledge of either aftermarket products or automotive replacement market preferred. A proven track record of multi-channel merchandising and eCommerce expertise; automotive or industrial manufacturing experience a plus. Demonstrated success developing eCommerce strategy including competitive and market analysis. Executive presence, with ability to articulate strategy, roadblocks, and successes to senior leadership. Capable of interacting with multiple levels within an organization and providing project leadership across multiple internal teams and external organizations around the globe. Team player who works well in collaborative environments, with ability to lead through influence and convert strategy to actionable plans. Ability to think strategically, creatively and demonstrate overall business acumen. A leader by example, with ability to embrace ambitious goals and take initiative in a start-up like environment.
