We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team in our Denver office.

This is a hybrid position and will be required to be in the office 3-4 days per week.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Support Tax and Audit Partners and Directors to include but not limited to:

  • Assist with new client set ups and expansion of client services, assist with any updating of client information

  • Assist with tax processes to include but not limited to:

  • Sending and managing efile authorization forms

  • Maintaining efile authorization inbox
  • Troubleshooting efile rejections

  • Perform other duties as assigned General Office Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communication, using sound judgment in screening and responding to inquiries, prioritizing calls that need immediate attention, and triaging/resolving as appropriate

  • Manage multiple phone lines
  • Receive incoming vendor deliveries
  • Arrange in-house trainings, book conference rooms, coordinate attendees, all logistics, and arrange meal service.
  • Act as liaison with IT and marketing.
  • Assists with new employee orientation.
  • Processes check deposits, sort and distribute mail
  • Processes vendor invoices
  • Facilities Coordination
  • Hospitality/Meeting Coordination/Kitchen inventory maintenance
  • Assists with ordering general office supplies, pantry supplies, toners etc. as needed
  • Coordinates busy-season activities and meals and miscellaneous events throughout the year.
  • General office services YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures
  • Tech savvy with the ability and desire to learn and embrace necessary software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft applications
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention given to details and deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning and organizing projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year

In Colorado, the salary range for a Executive Assistant is $60,500.00 to $68,000.00. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience,
