The role you’ll contribute:

The Service Line Director of Digestive Health is responsible for the refinement and implementation of the Digestive Health initiatives. In this role, the Service Line Director will be responsible for direction and facilitation of the Digestive Health Council which will be comprised of physicians, both hospital and practice-based, and task force members a variety of functions. A primary responsibility of this role will be to create a comprehensive system of GI care across the continuum of care. In addition, specific focus areas will include Growth in Digestive Health market share, Development of a Digestive Health network of care, Liaison to the AdventHealth System Service Line Director, the development of a physician alignment strategy, Development of an organizational structure to support quality digestive health care, Standardized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, Leadership of collaborative digestive health care improvement projects.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience or related experience in digestive health related field required.

• Successful history of working with physicians required
