Job Title: ChromeRiver (Expense Report) Implementation Analyst or Project Manager

Location: Remote (Pacific Time working hours preferred)

Job Summary:

Jefferson Wells USA is seeking an experienced ChromeRiver Expense Report Implementation Analyst or Project Manager to join our Business Optimization Services practice. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of the ChromeRiver Expense Management tool for our client based in Las Vegas. This role involves optimizing and configuring the appropriate modules to meet the client’s current needs, acting as a liaison between staff and the implementation team / IT.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the ChromeRiver Expense Management tool.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion of milestones.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Implementation and Configuration:

  • Optimize and configure ChromeRiver modules to align with the client’s requirements.

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing financial systems.

  • Oversee the setup of automated approval routing, spend control, mobile access, and credit card integration.

  • Provide in-application feature training and assistance.

  • Liaison and Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s staff and the ChromeRiver implementation team.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure project success.

  • Conduct data collection and provide advisory support throughout the project.

  • Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing ChromeRiver Expense Management tool.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

  • Expertise in expense and invoicing solutions, including automated approval routing, spend control, and mobile access.

  • Familiarity with financial system integrations and credit card integrations.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Experience working in a consulting environment.

  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
