DaVita's Compliance department identifies, develops, and implements strategies to mitigate risk in a quickly evolving healthcare regulatory landscape. As an analyst, you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing compliance oversight in Value Based Care. This position supports the Value Based Care Compliance Team by reviewing legal contractual documents and maintaining the compliance database to ensure it reflects complete and accurate information. This role also supports initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance processes. Duties will include data maintenance, report development, as well as supporting the day-to-day functions of the Compliance team. The individual will also develop relationships with internal stakeholders and help manage the pipeline of contract arrangement requests and reporting out to key stakeholders. Please note, this position will be based in Denver, CO on a hybrid work schedule. We are looking for candidates that are either based in the Denver area or looking to relocate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the management team in execution of compliance Value Based Care contractual controls; Perform and lead a variety of processes and reporting related to Value Based Care Compliance initiatives, for example, Compliance Training and Communications, Policies and Procedures; Manage the Value Based Care Compliance Database through data entry and maintenance, and support data visualization dashboard creation and maintenance; Identify opportunities and assist in creating innovative solutions to enhance Value Based Care Compliance contractual processes, including but not limited to, contract management workflow and Salesforce contract management database; Communicate priorities and status of contract review process to the key stakeholders including Operations and Legal partners through effective and impactful reporting; Provide training and support around Salesforce contract management database processes to key stakeholders, as needed; Facilitate project management meetings with peers and stakeholders and drive progress towards action items; Develop strong relationships thr ughout VillageHealth to foster an advisory /collaborative approach to proactive compliance; Perform other related duties as required. Travel required: minimal.

Job Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree required in Business/Business Administration, Computer/Data Sciences, Pre-Law (or equivalent/similar degree), Accounting/Audit/Risk Management, Information System Management, or related fie Strong knowledge and understanding of legal contracts. Solid technology skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint) and understanding of data and related terminology; Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentations), and the ability to drive execution in a team environment; Self-motivated, team player with proven ability to identify issues and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while striving for practical business solutions; Compliance and/or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
