FloWater Accounts Receivable Specialist in Denver, Colorado

Mission & Outcomes : FloWater was founded with a simple idea and a big vision. As we expand across the United States, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for invoicing customers, making deposits, answering customer billing inquiries in a timely manner, and supporting the F&A team.

Responsibilities and Role :

  • Communicate with customers regarding past due balances with the ability to interpret contracts and obligations

  • Complete payment and cash applications accurately and timely

  • Evaluate account history and troubleshoot customer issues and discrepancies

  • Create invoices based on sales orders or contracts and set up recurring billing when  necessary

  • Answer customer billing inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner

  • Manage the AR Email inbox to answer research and resolve customer inquiries

  • Partner with our Customer Support Team on customer questions/concerns

  • Research information to provide customers with clear and concise information

  • Participate in month-end close for all assigned accounts

    Candidate Competencies:

  • 3+ years of AR experience and customer service experience

  • Experience using NetSuite required

  • Experienced working with aged receivables

  • A problem solver and own your work from beginning to end

  • Must be able to proficiently use a Mac computer

  • Enjoy working individually and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills

  • Demonstrate a commitment to confidentiality, quality, and dependability

    Compensation : This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $48,000 - $53,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.

    Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater has a hybrid model of work. Candidates must be Denver-based and have availability to come into the office 1-2 days per week.
