Express Employment Professionals Executive Assistant / Office Manager in Delta, Colorado

Actively recruiting for a Financial Planner in Delta, CO who is seeking a fulltime Executive Assistant to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Pay is $25.00 - $30.00 /hr dependent on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Financial Planning Support: Collecting and coordinating client information. -Schedule Management: Proactively setting and prioritizing appointments while managing multiple schedules requires highly developed organizational skills. -IT Support: This is a small but crucial part of the job. Probably takes about an hour per week. -Paperwork Completion and Workflow Management: Extensive paperwork, requires high attention to detail and the ability to complete and manage high amounts of paperwork continuously and on time. -Customer Service: Extensive times serving clients in person, on the phone and via email. Professional personalized outreach or in response to clients and client inquiries. -Marketing Support: Up to 10% of your time creating marketing materials and campaigns. -Project Management: About 20% of your time will be spent on special projects. These require a high level of resourcefulness and problem solving skills. -Support Affiliated Companies: provide assistance to them when necessary. -Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

-Self-starter, self-manager. You will need to take initiative, anticipate needs, and get stuff done consistently on time. -Independent. Must be comfortable supporting staff that is working remotely. -Client focused. Provide excellent client support. Deliver an unparalleled client experience. Empathy, composure, patience and genuine care for delighting the client will be key in finding the right candidate. -Grace and poise under pressure. working together as a team and communicating effectively. Details matter. -Technologically proficient. The ability to embrace and learn new technology quickly is essential. You will be working in Dropbox, Slack, Red Tail (similar to Salesforce), and Windows devices and software -High follow-through. Deliver an excellent experience to clients in a timely manner, while managing multiple projects and deadlines. -High level of responsiveness internally and clients and partners. -Goal-oriented. results driven -Committed to excellence. Professional:

-Education: Strong commitment to lifetime learning and personal and professional growth -Professional Experience: 2-5 years strong client support experience preferred -Outstanding oral and written communication skills -High level problem solving skills -Ability to manage projects and deadlines. -Pass intensive securities industry background check -Bookkeeping experience a plus
