Aerotek Production Lead in Decatur, Georgia

We are seeking experienced Production Leads for multiple roles to oversee teams ranging from 10 to 200 individuals. Responsibilities

include maintaining a safe and efficient workplace, tracking, and improving KPIs, and completing production plans. The best fit candidate is some who is open to adjusting their schedule as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•High school diploma or GED required.

•Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment. At least

three years’ experience preferred.

•Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

•Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to production

workers.

•Ability to work extended hours and varying shifts as required by production

and/or management.
