As an SAP Techno-Functional Master Data Specialist, you will design, build, configure, and implement SAP-ECC master data features to meet business requirements to support North America Supply Chain, Extended Warehouse Management, and Order Management processes. Interact with business users to define business processes, write, and validate functional specifications, and deliver solutions for complex processes. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful SAP implementations. Provide business user training, hyper care support, knowledge transition to Level-1 support team to ensure successful launch.

• Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP ECC Master Data solution.

• Configure and customize SAP ECC, S4/HANA, EWM, SCM, & PI modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Provide expert guidance on Master Data functionality, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.

• Conduct training sessions for business users to explain the new features.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to Level-1 off-shore support team members.

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, review and debug ABAP code, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Master Data functionality issues, working closely with technical teams to address any production related challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance.

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field

• 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility for performing Analysis, Design, Testing, and Implementation of software application using SAP ECC, S4/HANA.

• 5 years of experience collaborating with developers and service teams to determine and implement the best solution.

• 3 years of experience configuring SAP ECC, SPP, S4/HANA

• 3 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager for Change and Release Management

• 3 years of experience delivering projects within agile framework

• Prefer 2 years of experience in ABAP coding / debugging to diagnose bugs during testing or post implementation root cause analysis.
