Software Engineer Consultant/Expert - ORACLE

We are looking for a Software Engineer Consultant/Expert - ORACLE to join one of our Fortune 500 client’s projects.

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Analyst and Configuration Specialist.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

• This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations and customizations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.

• Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet the organization's specific needs.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality.

• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides.

• Stay current with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and new features and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's processes.

Skills Required:

• Oracle Recruiting Cloud General recruiting knowledge HCM

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of experience in Oracle Recruiting cloud.

• Recruiting process and system improvements in ORC.

• Understand abilities within ORC and have resolved gaps within the product thru configurations/ customizations

Experience Preferred:

• Design thinking

Education Required:

• Bachelor degree
