Job Description:

I. Position Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):

Serves as member of the e-Commerce team to increase visibility and organic rankings of digital content across the major website search engines. This position provides guidance and strategic direction through technical SEO review, on-page and off-page optimizations, and local SEO execution. Responsible for creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards by pulling data from enterprise level tools as well as identifying optimizing opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention; and executing the appropriate test and analysis to understand the effects of changes.

Duties may include: Lead and educate colleagues on strategy development, SEO best practices, keyword research processes, and opportunity analyses. Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits, and data/traffic analysis Develop, socialize and champion an SEO content strategy among various cross-functional partners.

II. Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or applicable professional certification and/or relevant technical/analytical/educational experience.

Experience: Experience with keyword research, search ranking, and analytical abilities to test hypotheses for content effectiveness. Experience with link building, outreach, and social media marketing to drive organic traffic. Experience with conducting technical SEO audits.

Knowledge and Skills: Ability to articulate ideas in SEO content documentation, writing detailed user story tickets, and setting standards for rolling out content onto the website. Understanding of content marketing strategies, editorial calendars, and content optimization for search engines Knowledge of local search algorithms and optimization techniques, including local business listings Understanding of mobile search and user experience, including mobile-friendly design, responsive web design, and mobile site speed optimization Ability to write effective SEO content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and on-page content. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with teams across enterprise. Able to operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Strong quantitative and analytic skills with the ability to derive and communicate key insights from data. Excellent judgment and ability to make recommendations and decisions. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Must be tech-savvy with a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

III. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Conductor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, and similar organic search applications. Experience with Yext, Google My Business/Google Business Profile, Maps, Yelp, and similar local search applications. Experience with Adobe business applications, including Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.

IV. Work Environment This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee's role and leadership's assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an "as needed" basis for key meetings and collaborative activities.
