Performance Driven Workforce Full Time Experienced Prototype Mechanics in Livonia in Dearborn, Michigan
PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Automotive Mechanic Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Automotive Mechanic Technicians will be working on experimental prototype builds as well as retro-fits. This Full Time Automotive Mechanic Technician position offers an AM Day shift, PM Night Shift available plus Overtime as needed and based in Livonia, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full Time Automotive Mechanic Technician position below are strongly encouraged to apply. AM Day shift available plus Overtime as needed.
Shift Schedule:
AM Day shift: 6:45 am - 3:3:30 pm (Monday - Friday, plus Overtime as needed)

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
- Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
- Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of vehicle alignments, air conditioning (A/C) system repairs, tire machines and balancers
- Certificate in Automotive Technology or related
- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification(s)
- State Mechanic Certification(s)
Valid driver's license
