In this position...

The Material, Planning & Logistics Supervisor position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Managing 50 hourly personnel supporting high volume production of F150, Raptor, and Tremor Pickup Trucks. Coordinate material into final and to the job station to support daily production requirements while driving safety procedures and best practices. MPL Supervisors are:

What you'll do...

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts

• Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership

• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams

• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

Even better, you may have...

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, Transportation & Logistics, or Supply Chain

• 1+ years of supervisory in a Material Planning and Logistic manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Safety and MPL experience

• Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

• Prior experience managing a unionized workforce

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently
