The role you’ll contribute:

2/28/22 Performs CT imaging procedures. Perform X-Ray and DEXA imaging procedures as needed. Cross-train into MRI during downtime. Maintains records of examinations performed. Assists in Radiology Department as needed. Where appropriate by licensure and cross training, may function as a Radiology technologist. Responsibility to adhere to the AdventHealth-East Region Corporate compliance plan, to the rules and regulations of all local, state, and Federal agencies, and to the standards of all accrediting bodies.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Performs CT imaging procedures.

· Performs X-Ray and DEXA imaging procedures as needed.

· Cross-train into MRI during downtime.

· Maintains records of examinations performed.

· Transports, lifts, moves and positions patients as needed to obtain images, transport patient to/from table or as otherwise needed for patient care.

· Moves and adjusts imaging equipment, including CT gantry and injector

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Two years CT experience required.

· CT registry may be used as experience.

· Must be a graduate of an approved A.R.R.T. program

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

· Associate degree

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

· Current A.R.R.T registration

· Florida license in Radiography.

· BLS required.
