Description Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time Information Technology Systems Administrator, located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The primary function is to support the F-15 program. Responsibilities Include: The Contractor shall oversee and maintain the help desk for the F-15 Division. The Contractor shall serve as the equipment custodian. The Contractor shall provide day-to-day operational support for all hardware and software to end users on a variety of issues. The Contractor shall identify, research, and resolve technical issues. The Contractor shall assist the F-15 cybersecurity personnel in meeting their duties and responsibilities by installing patches, and mitigating vulnerabilities identified by the base communications group. The Contractor shall maintain the equipment used by the F-15 Division to include monitors, laptop computers, desktop computers, printers and required supplies such as toner, computer peripherals (e.g. Common Access Card (CAC) readers, keyboards, and mice), Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment, and the voice over internet protocol telephone system. The Contractor shall submit warranty claims for equipment. The Contractor shall maintain the inventory of all equipment and shall be responsible for timely and efficient upgrades to end-user equipment. The Contractor shall act as IT liaison between F-15 Division users, the client service center, and Cyber Security Team (CST) to resolve computer issues. The Contractor shall work with F/B Directorate cybersecurity to open IT support tickets using the Remedy system, then interface with CSTs, and follow up on problems until they reach full resolution. The Contractor shall assist employees with CAC problems and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate issues. The Contractor shall assist employees with drive access to include shared drive creation, mapping, and access. The Contractor shall assist with Contract Writing System (ConWrite) application interfacing. The Contractor shall perform local computer technical support including, but not limited to: Troubleshooting common issues; Documenting and researching error messages; Working with Cyber Security Liaison to resolve Tier II and III issues such as network outages; Frequent follow up with 78th Communications Group Focal Point and CSTs to solve technical networking issues to enable efficient network access for users; Assist with deployment of iPhones for AFLCMC/WWQ managers, certificates, and training for iPhone/iPad; Support for classified systems owned by AFLCMC/WWQ at WPAFB and RAFB, and; Troubleshooting projectors and other VTC related equipment. The Contractor shall manage printers, facsimile machines, and multi-function devices. Tasks include monitoring toner levels and tracking toner inventory, troubleshooting errors, and resolving jams and other issues. The Contractor shall assist employees with MS Outlook issue including, but not limited to, assisting with printer setup and electronic mail issues arising from PKI certificate problems, assisting front office group assist
