Plant Controller

Dayton, OH

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the plant, including general ledger accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including debits and credits.

• Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.

• Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor budgets.

• Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to maintain financial records.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial analysis.

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
