Day to day responsibilities will encompass carrying out processes and projects for clients of varying complexity, communicating with clients to provide updates on progress, retrieving documents from multiple databases, and compiling and reviewing confidential information.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in managing multiple databases, providing top tier customer service, strong communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
