Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment * Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems * Installation of duct work and A/C equipment * Installation of Refrigeration equipment
Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration * 5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment * 5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment * Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License * Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records. * Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays * Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment * Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations
Qualifier: Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure
