Job Description

Our client, a National Bank, is looking for an experienced Senior Network Administrator to join their team.

This is an opportunity to work for a National Company that provides a steady and stable work environment. They are ideally looking for someone skilled in implementing enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, VMs, virtual networks, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Wireless AP, and web filtering devices/applications. Must have multiple years’ experience working in a Cisco environment, with Arista & Fortinet experience being a plus.

This is a Contract role, in West Lake, TX paying $50-60 Hr. depending on experience.

Require Skills & Experience

• Knowledge 5+ years of experience in implementing enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, VMs, virtual networks, routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Wireless AP, and web filtering devices/applications

• Proven experience in an IT network administrator/architect role

• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Excellent knowledge of current protocols, policies, standards, applicable data privacy and security practices and laws

• Cisco based Network Support / Troubleshooting for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, IPS,

• Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016, 2019

• Knowledge with network diagnostic and optimization, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. WireShark, VMware

The Offer

Hourly pay of $50-60 Hr. based on experience.
