Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

What You Will Do:

This position reports to the Product Support Integrated Product Team Lead in Dallas, TX.

As the Material Coordinator Logistics Specialist, you are part of a diverse, collaborative team working closely with Supply Chain, Spares Warehouse, and Field Service Representatives of the Radar Sensor Systems program located at Raytheon facilities in Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX or Whidbey Island, WA to ensure logistics arrangements are seamless in support of the customer’s operations.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist the customer with the annual capital assets inventory

  • Create tailored inventory reports as requested by both internal/external customers

  • Ensure all electro-static sensitive devices are stored with the proper protection

  • Maintain 100% accuracy of the total assist visibility within the customer’s database and maintenance management system

  • Perform periodic inventories at the home site and deployed sites of all material, to include capital assets, pan stock and consumables

  • Periodic travel to international or domestic deployment sites for inspections and inventories

  • Review shipping documents prepared by the FSRs for accuracy prior to submission for customer’s approval.

    Travel Requirements: Approximately 5% International and 5% Domestic travel

    Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of Logistics, Inventory Control or Warehouse Operations in a military or civilian environment. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.

  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders such as Production Control, Quality Engineering, Program and Contracts Management or Government Quality representatives

  • Experience with Depot operations including induction and/or reissuance after repairs are complete

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience evaluating work order details in Navy Maintenance Management databases

  • Strong collaborative coordination with the team and organizational abilities to maintain flexibility with customer schedules

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Experience working in a compliance driven environment, and familiarity with laws, import/export regulations and requirements

  • Work within a diverse team environment

  • Flexibility to be on call and work outside of regular working hours to support customer inquiries

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform with a degree of accuracy in the execution of job assignments.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
