JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work with equipment manufacturers and maintenance staff on set up of preventive maintenance tasks and spare parts inventory for supported equipment
· Coordinate, track, and maintain all work orders
· Close corrective and preventive maintenance work orders upon completion and include pertinent information for equipment files
· Maintain up-to-date library of machine manuals, prints, and schematics
· Data enter procurement and inventory records by appropriate category (e.g., account, cost center, project)
· Print and/or provide corrective work orders, preventive maintenance work orders, and parts automatic orders on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis
· Generate a variety of reports for management (e.g., back-order, inventory, productivity reports)
· Assist in ordering and receiving of maintenance related parts and materials; process purchase orders
· Track maintenance spending
· Assist in the coordination of incoming contractors
· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
· Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1 to 3 years clerical, production, or general work experience
· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
· Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
· Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
· Able to perform task and duties without constant supervision
· Able to multi-task
· Able to take appropriate steps to find solutions to problems
· Able to work effectively in a team environment
· Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
