Texas Health Resources Clinical Concierge - NCT/LMRT with MA/LVN - Full time, Days in Dallas, Texas

We’re beyond excited to introduce Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days a year, little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand, our goal is to offer an easy, convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.

We’re looking for a Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse with an NCT or LMRT certification who has a deep commitment to quality and compassionate care to join our Urgent Care team.

We are currently hiring for Dallas, Allen, Weatherford, Burleson and Melissa locations

What you’ll do:

  • Be our “clinical concierge” providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

  • Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and back office duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

  • Be responsible for preparing the patient for their radiologic procedures, performing the X-rays and complete all required documentation

  • This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

Hours / Schedule:

  • Full Time / 12-hour shifts / 36 hours per week

What you’ll need / What we require:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required and

  • Completion of approved NCT training program required or

  • Completion of approved LMRT training program required and

  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program or successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program is required

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program

  • Those hired prior to 4/11/2022 will be grandfathered without MA education/certification

  • 6 months previous NCT/LMRT experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience required

  • Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN, MA, CNA, or other patient care preferred

  • Previous experience with electronic health record preferred

  • Previous experience with straight-arm x-ray, venipuncture, or orthopedic experience with x-ray, casting, splinting, DME application, etc.preferred

  • BCLS (AHA) is required upon hire and must be maintained every 2 years

  • NCT (Non-Certified Radiology Technician) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire required or

  • LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist) registered by the Texas Medical Board upon hire required

  • LVN (if candidate is an LVN) with the state of Texas required upon hired
