As a Program Manager on the AMXL L&D team, you will play a vital role in creating a pipeline of associates and third party drivers who are trained to provide the highest levels of delivery and services execution that exceeds our customer's expectations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Facilitate the timely delivery and execution of training/onboarding programs in your region for delivery associates, ensuring they learn the requisite skillset to quickly become experts in their field.

  • Work with regional operational leadership to assess, evaluate and prioritize onboarding/training requirements.

  • Understand performance issues by gathering relevant data and customer feedback on key network training initiatives.

  • Act to improve the quality and effectiveness of training and coaching at your sites for Operations Personnel and delivery associates.

  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the quality of training and coaching.

  • Lead projects to continuously improve the design of training materials, the quality of our instruction, and effectiveness of our coaching interventions.

  • Audit and assess L&D training standards, compliance, and job readiness of new learners.

  • Learn operational processes, visit AMXL sites to perform sort, load out, and ride-a-longs in all vehicle types including Major Appliances and Assembly Services.

  • Minimum 50% regional travel.

Location is flexible within the specified geographical region.

The following AMXL sites are located within the Texas/Plains regions...HDA1, HDA3, HAU1, HAU2, HHO2, HSX2, HMC3, HCI1, HDS1, HLI1, HOK2, HMK4, HMK3, HMK2, HMS2.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
