Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Analyst to join the Worldwide Product Marketing (WWPM) Finance & Business Management team. We are looking for a high-caliber individual with strong analytical capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a deep interest in Apple’s products, business and strategy. You will partner with various groups, handle extremely confidential information, have direct exposure to senior business leaders and build complex forecast and financial models to drive actionable business insights and influence key strategic decisions at Apple - around product strategy, forecasting, pricing and market development.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience

  • Strong business insight, high intellectual curiosity

  • Highly motivated, works well under pressure, organized, and enthusiastic in leading projects from end-to-end

  • Able to work comfortably with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity

  • Stellar verbal/written communication skills across a variety of audiences; ability to craft and deliver nuanced messages

  • Highly detail oriented while also able to understand and communicate the big picture

  • Strong teammate

  • Superior Excel & modeling skills

  • Ability to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate datasets; experience with Tableau, Python, SQL, and/or Business Objects a plus

Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Retail, Market Research, and Operations to drive business decisions • Formulate, architect, and build various financial models - around forecasting, pricing, promotions or market development initiatives, based on a wide range of information available • Create, present, and defend analyses, including scenarios, and other business insights to senior leadership • Challenge & validate customer demand signals based on a fundamental understanding of the business and sharp critical thinking • Build and maintain tools, presentations & reports to highlight meaningful insights and track their evolution • Help identify and drive process improvements with desire to inspire change across our team and Apple as an organization • Be an active participant in the WWPM Finance and Business Management team and handle special projects and requests

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or other quantitative field

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200.00 and $158,100.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
