Position Summary

CVS Health is looking for a Senior Workday Recruiting Product Manager to join our Human Resources Technology team. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take on the challenge of driving the successful delivery of Workday Recruiting Services. This person will be an integral part of a team responsible for ensuring Workday Recruiting meets the needs of CVS Health’s Talent Acquisition, Human Resources business partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners . You will be the main support to the Talent Acquisition organization for their technology needs collaborating with HR Business Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across all business segments. You will establish deep cross-functional relationships throughout Human Resources to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates with business and technical partners to develop functional area product strategy and roadmap, including the established list of global priorities for functional area.

  • Thoroughly understands the needs of the business, evaluates Workday capabilities, and uses this information to determine what features to implement.

  • Clearly communicates those objectives to Systems and Business partners, along with feedback on product strategy, to team members.

  • Maintain clear and up to date list of key deliverables and timelines, developing plans to achieve those targets and proactively communicating progress to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Ensures that the delivered product meets or exceeds the business' needs and business objectives.

  • Establishes a compelling vision for the product or a general framework for making product decisions. Identify product risks and weaknesses, identifying behavioral or functional trends and actively working to mitigate.

  • Initial intake for enhancement and project requests and fixes. Anticipate the needs of the business, drawing on experience when providing recommendations.

  • Key strategic, consultative resource and functional expert for the business. Lead brainstorming and requirements gathering workshops to help solve.

  • Liaise with the systems lead to provide expert guidance and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery on KTLO and fixes, adhering to department service level agreements with business users.

  • Partner with HR Tech leadership on escalations and cross-functional impact, serving as primary point of contact on follow up and resolution.

  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to maintain transparency, consistency in delivery, and set expectations.

  • Actively participate in Workday's semi-annual release process, engaging with release team on cross-functional initiatives and informing Business Leads of critical impacts and upcoming enhancement opportunities.

  • In depth awareness of new and planned Workday functionality, actively engaging with the Workday Community to prepare and communicate changes that could impact business.

  • Direct business on necessary functional end to end and/or regression testing on all enhancements and fixes. Partner with Staff Development / Change Management on necessary communication for global functional changes, including updates to job aides and other materials.

  • Lead the translation of business requirements to technical solutions and creating appropriate timelines.

  • Develop and monitor parallel project tracks for translations and global communication initiatives.

  • Maintain up to date documentation in tracking tools. Manage the ServiceNow Request process for functional area, ensuring that tickets are migrated to JIRA as appropriate

  • Provides strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on functional area capabilities and limitations.

  • Understands the "how" and the "why" Workday is configured at CVS Health, working with systems team to identify solutions and risks.

  • Actively consuls with the enterprise HR teams and business units on requirements gathering, testing, training and release.

  • Ensures adherence to industry best practice, actively engaging with Workday Community on future releases. Encourages product innovation and alternative ways of approaching business.

  • Key partner for Talent Acquisition Enablement teams, HR Business partners and HR Technology system leads.

  • Develops project plans designed to address customer needs and available team resources.

  • Partner with TA Leadership, HR Technology and HR Leaders to develop and execute both long- and short-term strategic plans for Workday Recruiting

  • Partner with HR Technology to review the current TA Technology stack and solidify the future roadmap

  • Integrate relevant data and information and apply the findings to positively impact the Workday strategy and share key insights and actions based on data and metrics

  • Challenge partners to think differently regarding TA and operational issues act as a thought partner and model creative problem-solving to impact business decisions

  • Serve on appropriate HR and Talent Acquisition task forces, standing committees and projects, providing the POV of our various organizations and HR.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a product support, project manager, or other related capacity

  • 7+ years Talent Acquisition experience or equivalent in another similar field

  • A solid understanding of, and experience with, the Workday Recruiting suite of products and services

  • An understanding of the HR technology landscape, including cloud computing and mobile technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • ​Experience working in a global environment

  • Project Management experience

  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks

  • A strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Bachelor’s Degree Required or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
