Culver City Honda , a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Service A dvisor. Our Service Advisors deliver a high-quality experience by prioritizing consultation, listening, and being helpful over traditional car sales. If you don’t consider yourself a car expert, don’t worry. Our systems provide a menu of services to the customer by way of suggestion, you will simply help them understand and select what repairs are best for them .

    Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Greet all customers promptly and professionally .

  • Determine the customer’s primary concern and review additional maintenance needs when appropriate .

  • Offer a no-cost vehicle condition inspection to every customer .

  • Give and document fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and dealership’s best interest in mind .

  • Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time .

  • Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction .

  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business .

  • Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity .

  • Other duties as assigned .

** The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.
