Are you a hands-on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing more than 10 employees? We are looking for a person in leadership to oversee and assist in the execution of daily processes related to the inbound and outbound flow of goods. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident problem solver who is able to lead a team.We have a fantastic opportunity working with a reputable production and distribution company in Cranbury, NJ!

salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Ensure accuracy of order fulfillment by carefully checking each outbound order on the dock before it leaves the warehouse.

• Attach appropriate carrier PRO tags to outbound pallets and ensure that orders are loaded on the proper trailers.

• Responsible for attaching packing lists to pallets, collecting signed BOLs from drivers, and making sure all internal paperwork is organized on the dock.

• Coordinate with warehouse associates to ensure that outbound trailers are loaded in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

• Daily internal and external communication with carriers, vendors, internal CSRs, etc.

• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations Manager on all inbound containers to ensure they are unloaded in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

• Ensure accuracy of all inbound receipts, including containers, returns, and other deliveries.

• Completion of inbound receipt form/receiving ticket.

• Assist Warehouse Operations Manager in completing regular inventory checks (Cycle Counts).

• Utilize a barcoding system to print and label all inbound inventory.

• Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and working condition of the warehouse dock.

• Assist with the order picking process as needed.

• Load, unload, stack, shrink wrap, and otherwise move products using a forklift or other material handling equipment as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
