Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Fleet Technician Trainee. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of customer fleet vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues

  • Assist in the repair and replacement of vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, and brakes

  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

YOU HAVE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver's license

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE:

  • Positivity, adaptability, creativity, energy.

  • ASE certifications

  • Diesel Engine Technical degree and/or training
