As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within the healthcare industry. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the financial success of the organization, make a meaningful impact on healthcare operations, and advance professionally.

  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of the annual operating budget, ensuring adherence to financial directives and providing guidance to departmental managers.

  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.

  • Participate in the setup and creation of the Capital Budget

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports, analyzing variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the evaluation of financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare finance.

a. Minimum Education Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)

b. Minimum Experience Requirement :

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range:

$27.91 - $39.91
