The Role

Join our dynamic team as an SAP RISE Partner and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert in your field, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing technology solutions for our valued customers. Working hand in hand with our sales team, you will leverage your technical and solution expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you won't just be another advisor; you will be a trusted ally and visionary, playing a decisive role in the planning and implementation of SAP RISE transformation projects and support, around S/4HANA (PCE) & SAP BTP.

As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the SAP domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.

As an SAP RISE Partner, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within SAP or SAP S/4HANA. Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

As a strategic thinker, you will identify the intricate business and technical requirements of our customers, leveraging the vast capabilities of Kyndryl to generate winning cross-practice solutions. Your ability to develop and deliver compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and prototypes will clearly demonstrate the tangible value our offerings bring to our customers, leaving them eager to partner with us.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre- sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will generate winning responses and create optimal technical solutions. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture

relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.

Who You Are

Job Qualifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 10 to 15 years of professional experience in consulting with a focus on SAP or SAP S/4HANA Implementations. Experience in technical, data and functional areas of SAP S/4HANA migrations.

• This position requires applicants to demonstrate a proven track record of modern SAP transformation programs, partnering with clients to help shape their programs, taking responsibility for scope, driving change & client relationship management, cost and schedule.

• Understanding of ABAP code.

• Customer orientation as well as good analytical and conceptual skills

• SAP Project methods and best practices (Activate)

• Very good presentation and communication skills. Strong skills in English and French

• Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world. Experience of Global Integrated Delivery, with near & off-shore teams.

• Team player who can train and supervise others.

• Ability to travel.

• Required Languages : French & English.

Good to have Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge of SAP infrastructure consulting and development is an advantage.

• Experience with at least one hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, GCP (certification is a plus)

• Experience of SAP RISE – S/4HANA PCE standard delivery services

• Knowledge of SAP automation/DevOps. Practice of S/4HANA “clean core” approach

• Selective data migrations to S/4HANA concepts & toolings

• SAP Analytics Cloud integration and development, along with S/4HANA

• SAP BW to SAP Datasphere transformations

• SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite transformations, or Integration Suite implementations

• SAP BTP Low code / No code development. SAP Build extensions

• SAP Business Process analysis and mining (Signavio, Celonis..)
