DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this role, you will utilize your expertise to fix a wide range of building structures, including roofs, doors, furniture, and temporary partitions. You will also be responsible for safely operating power and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks, painting both interior and exterior surfaces, performing masonry work, installing plumbing fixtures and drainage systems, as well as handling electrical circuits, lighting fixtures, and diagnostic testing. Additionally, you will weld and braze metals, erect steel for construction, and conduct repairs on bridge structures. This position requires proficiency in multiple trades and the ability to independently determine work methods and procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities. Special Requirement: This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. Preferred Qualifications (not required): Certified welder in accordance with AWS and PENNDOT specifications How to Apply:
