Robert Half is seeking out candidates in with outstanding customer service skills for an Accounts Payable Specialist position with one of its Fortune 500 healthcare clients, located in Costa Mesa, CA.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will:

• Responsible for a high volume of Accounts Payable (A/P) processing for 70-100 invoices per day using Automatic Invoice Matching system, as well as other approval processes.

• Responsible for preparing month end A/P accruals and reconciling monthly vendor account statements.

• Performs other special and/or month-end projects as requested.

• Resolve discrepancies and address inquiries from internal and external sources, as well as audit transactions and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  Requirements

In addition to the above-stated duties, the Accounts Payable Specialist must hold the following skills:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

• Minimum 2 years, full cycle accounts payable experience with emphasis in high volume data entry.

• Experience in hospital environment.

• Working knowledge of Lawson is preferred.

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is preferred.
