Elevance Health Account Service Coordinator in COSTA MESA, California

Account Service Coordinator

Location: Must be within 50 miles of Costa Mesa, CA; Position is hybrid with both office and remote expectations.

The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation for accounts.

How you will make an impact:

  • Interprets and supports plan benefit design.

  • Resolves complex claims, benefit, and enrollment issues.

  • Makes routine account visits.

  • Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions; and on-site facility visits.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Sales license may be required.

  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $61,364 to $92,046.
