Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently hiring for a Healthcare Member Advocate for a remote role in Corpus Christi, TX! Candidates must have experience working in a call center setting and knowledge of the healthcare field! Hours: Must be available Monday-Sunday between 6 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Rate: $17.00 Location: Remote - in Corpus Christi, TX

salary: $16.5 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from members regarding their benefits

• 50+ calls per day on average, focusing on quality during these complex calls.

• Research information regarding locating providers, ID cards, and help with community resources

• Make outreach calls to members and providers

• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.

• Handle sensitive information.

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is a plus
