Job/Position DescriptionAdministrative Asst IVAdministrative Asst IV - The Residential Data Analyst will be hired and directly supervised by the Incident Management Coordinator. The Residential Data Analyst's primary responsibilities include: Generating or maintaining department data bases and tracking systems, ongoing data entry and upkeep of data systems, and preparing reports. In addition, the Data Analyst will provide clerical support, coordinate document requests and provide training as necessary. Flexibility in work schedule may be required. Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.Assist with generating or maintaining department data bases and tracking tools, assisting prepare reports and department data collection.Ensures the satisfactory completion of paperwork in program related areas in order to meet applicable standards and procedures.Overseeing and/or providing support for document requests.Assists with scheduling training for department staff to facilitate optimal client treatment and training.Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agencyand#146;s obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation. Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location. Registrations, Licensure Requirements or CertificationsNoneKnowledge Skills AbilitiesKnowledge and skills in scheduling, data trending, or data analysis.Ability to train staff in computer skills and basic computations.Ability in written and oral communication.Ability to assist in development of Schedules, data bases, or data spreadsheets.Ability to develop and maintain data collection systems for 24 hour residential care.Ability to utilize personal computers and relevant software.General knowledge of ICF-IDD regulations and state supported living center policies and procedures is preferredInitial Screening CriteriaExperience in clerical work with at least 2 years of administrative work practice, record keeping/retention, general office operations, data entry, project development, and experience in attending meetings and taking minutes for transcription and distribution. At least 2 years of experience in computer technology and office equipment functions; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is generally preferred.Additional InformationThe salary offered will follow HHS starting salary guidelines which are typically made at or near the minimum of the salary range.Applicants must pass a fingerprint criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and registry checks including the Client Abuse/Neglect Reporting System (CANRS), Nurse Aide, Medication Aide and Employee Misconduct and HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals/ Entities.
