In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation that utilizes appropriate statistical methods and process flows (e.g. Process Capability, Methods and Standard Work).

• Responsible for process deployment, transfer, and ramp into manufacturing for a project or process.

• Lead and direct resources or participates in cross-functional process novel or improvement process development as appropriate or assigned

• Function as a resource and mentor for advanced technical problems or skills for Process Engineer I and Process Engineer II associates

• Perform other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, (bio)chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, engineering, or related discipline required.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a high tech or biotech company required.

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a role with customer interaction and enablement.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Lean Six Sigma certification, DMAIC or similar problem-solving methodology experience preferred.

• Biotechnology manufacturing or engineering experience preferred.

• Experience with JMP data analysis preferred.
