Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment to attract, assess, and hire talent at Lundbeck. You will be supported with sourcing and selected administrative tasks by colleagues who are based in our shared service center in Krakow. We see ourselves as one team and expect flexibility and the willingness to help one another to achieve our shared goals.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners to understand current and future talent needs and ensure our recruitment efforts are aligned with organizational priorities.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing an efficient and professional end-to-end recruitment process for selected business areas, including intake meetings, screening, sourcing and interviews, always maintaining discretion and confidentiality
Delivering an excellent candidate experience and leveraging our employer brand at all touchpoints
Advising and partnering with hiring managers by providing insights and regular, timely updates
Ensuring a fair and unbiased process, questioning assumptions
Using effective sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines
Maintaining relationships with external agency partners and our preferred supplier list together with Procurement
The position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. We offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home, but regular on-site presence is required to accommodate in-person interviews.
Your future team
You will join a truly international Talent Acquisition team of 13 dedicated colleagues working across borders – 5 in Copenhagen and 8 in Krakow, Poland, where our Group Business Services (GBS) center is located. You will work closely with individual team members in both locations to ensure that we meet our hiring needs.
Joining our team also means becoming part of our larger People & Culture team of 40+ colleagues at our headquarters and 100+ globally. What you bring to the team
You have a positive mindset and are highly structured in your approach to managing multiple vacancies at the same time. You take individual responsibility for delivering high-quality work while at the same time working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals.
We imagine that you bring the following qualifications with you:
Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment, including a mix of in-house experience from a global matrix organization and external agency experience
Ability to create trusting and credible relationships with hiring managers at all levels, including experience influencing and collaborating with executive and senior stakeholders, in an international setting
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and prioritize multiple projects, candidates and activities, sometimes on tight deadlines
Flexibility to meet candidate and hiring manager needs with regard to busy schedules
Experience with sourcing techniques and psychometric assessments
Fluency in English
