Sr. Planning & Bus. Dev. Project Manager - CONNECT Requisition ID 2024-49029 Category Research Overview Sr. Planning & Bus Dev Project Manager, Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, OH. Manage, coordinate & dev CONNECT Clinical Trials Consortium ops & proj, review & eval new/existing clinical trials, lead & coordinate strategic plan efforts, supervise & guide project managers, & process & protocol dev & feedback of proj managers. Work w/ Hem/Onc/BMT & Research Institute Leadership, management, administration, internal departments & staff, paid consultants, & external orgs. Assist w/ strategic planning activities, budget forecasting, & other staff functions. Execute & comm complex analyses & plans to key stakeholders & leadership to ensure the CONNECT Consortium achieves annual goals. Provide feedback & mentoring project managers, & facilitate clinical research & business management groups through strategic discussion related to CONNECT Consortium. Telecommuting option - employee may live anywhere in the United States. Min. req incl: Master's in Hospital/Health Admin, Bus Admin, or Microbio + 5 yrs exp, incl 1 yr academic &/or professional exp in clinical research ops; 1 yr exp using computer data management systems, spreadsheets, & presentation graphics; 1 yr exp assembling, evaluating, & understanding large & complex info & studies, & identifying current & future trends.
