Trilogy Management Services, LLC Senior Facilities Management Support in Columbus, Ohio

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY Directs and partners with home office teams and campus leaders on the efficient operations of the campus Plant Operations and Environmental Services teams. Monitors operations for efficiency and safety and ensures that all applicable regulatory requirements are met. Assists in new construction projects and bed additions and partners with company vendors to ensure the highest levels are service are being provided. Duties and Responsibilities Ensures all plant operations and environmental services programs are achieved at the campus level through management of assigned Home Office Support. Focuses on completion of maintenance audits, room and equipment preventative maintenance, LSC, and overall first impression of campus interior/exterior. Partners with Divisional Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents to ensure assigned Home Office Support are following directional needs as requested. Provide leadership and technical guidance for all FMS duties to 2-5 other FMS and divisions. Provides recommendations on modifications to policies and procedures as well as offer new best practices ideas to improve company services. Conducts campus visits and ensures assigned Home Office Support are getting to campuses as frequently as needed to assure that standards are implement, met and followed. Provides assistance to campus and leaders in the event of an emergency affecting the Life Safety System or structural integrity of the campus. Partners with construction staff for the completion of new construction and bed additions throughout supported divisions. Assists with resources and guidance for obtaining supplies and equipment. Partners with vendors to ensure campuses receiving the highest levels of service are being provided. Assists in the development of new training programs to ensure that plant operations and environmental services teams are current and up-to-date with regulatory and company standards. Partners with Home Office Support teams and campus leadership to ensure accountability and execution of financial budgets and controllable expenses and parameters for the Plant Operations and Environment Services departments. Provide clarity and guidance to team for the development of the 3-5 year capital plans. Partners with AVP and VP of Facilities Management on special assignments and projects. Communicates with State Surveyors as needed pertaining to LSC issues. Recruits, screens, selects, hires, trains, coaches, counsels and develops a team of qualified and highly motivated individuals. Conserves resources by adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to expense(s) incurred by the Company. Extensive travel (50-60%) including overnight stay as necessary. Maintains professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Qualifications Four (4) year degree in Business Administration or Construction Management, or the equivalent of education, training and/or experience. Experience Five (5) years' experience working in building management or construction. Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred. Exemplary computer skills that include the knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products. Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
