Description We are on the lookout for a Presentation Specialist based in Columbus, Ohio, who will primarily be responsible for creating and enhancing presentations using the MS Office Suite. This role is a short-term contract and involves evening shifts from 4:30pm to 1am. The position entails a range of tasks from receiving work instructions from clients to performing quality assurance tasks, and requires excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance pitch books, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Receive work instructions from clients according to established procedures

• Communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional teams and diverse backgrounds

• Assist other presentation specialists in improving their skills and understanding of software shortcuts

• Perform all reprographic tasks as requested by the DTP team and client with minimal supervision

• Perform quality assurance on work outputs, including self-checks and checks on the work of others

• Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in Office Functions and Documentation is necessary.

• Experience in Supervising, Hiring Processes, and Quality Assurance is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Procedures and Upgrades is expected.

• Familiarity with creating and delivering Presentations, including Pitch Books, is essential.

• Ability to work in a Multi-Functional environment.

• Proven Organizational skills are a must.
