JPMorgan Chase Leadership Edge Program Manager - HR Reporting & Data Insights, Senior Associate in Columbus, Ohio

This position is for a Program Manager - HR Reporting & Data Insights, reporting to the Global Business Operations Manager in Leadership Edge. You as the successful candidate must be business-centric, analytic-minded, results guided, able to perform in-depth analysis, communicate insights and key messages to senior leadership, and manage projects as demonstrated in prior roles. You as the ideal candidate will support the Leadership Edge team by analyzing data, creating business reports that provide key data insight, and then communicating the results of the analysis in written and verbal form to key stakeholders and clients, to guide manager engagement in our offerings.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and refine reports that provide insight into key data points to establish and drive progress against Leadership Edge objectives and key results (OKRs) within the business

  • Analyze, interpret and translate metric performances into insights and recommendations, and package and present projections, performance trends, and performance outlooks in an executive format

  • Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel to interpret HCM (data platform) datasets, analyze results, and identify trends and patterns

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in data visualization tools such as Tableau

  • Identify insights and trends from large data sets of quantitative and qualitative data

  • Complete predictive analytics to anticipate user behavior

  • Co-lead data workstream meetings where you will influence data-driven decisions and achieve alignment across management levels

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Leadership Edge's offerings and reporting platform to communicate in a compelling way to key stakeholders and clients, who will look to you for actionable insights and guidance about the data

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on data analytics experience with strong data presentation skills

  • Tableau certification; Tableau server knowledge and skills

  • Hands-on practical experience in ETL and Data warehouse applications

  • Advanced excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced conditional formatting)

  • Strong in building analytical insights into attention grabbing visuals; present fact-based findings in a clear, logical, and concise way, i.e., tell a story with data

  • Experience conducting user research to identify customer needs and test solutions

  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent deliverables and meet deadlines; act with urgency and escalate issues, as appropriate

  • Strong communication skills and being able to communicate and interact effectively with leadership team to convey analytical findings, business implications, and actionable recommendations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Prior business reporting and data analysis preferred

  • Strong knowledge in designing and formatting presentations in PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and part of a team to build relationships, support colleagues, and share information

  • Familiarity with HR and/or Learning data is a plus
