Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator based in Columbus, Ohio, to join our team in the telecom industry. This role focuses on the maintenance of specific applications or functions of those applications within the Collections/Recovery area. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the first line of defense for system outages and work closely with IT teams to resolve issues related to system issues and/or prepare for events affecting the systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure systems are running and troubleshoot issues as necessary

• Have a working knowledge of applications and batch processes

• Act as the primary resource for any infrastructure/regulatory/audit related projects

• Conduct User Access Reviews understanding user roles access and entitlements

• Understand and execute privileged access management and rotating passwords

• Maintain the CMBD entries for applications

• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning

• Carry out certification renewal and maintenance tasks

• Understand and mitigate security incidents

• Maintain Team on-call schedule and updates to Service Now

• Attend mandatory daily/weekly meetings for system outages and incident management. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar

• Proficiency in planning and executing projects

• Experience in audit and troubleshooting processes

• Knowledge of collection processes and loan renewal processes

• Ability to execute server operations, with a focus on Linux and Unix - SCO, Sinix Aix, Linux etc.

• Familiarity with R Code and ability to write code

• Experience in recovery and mitigation processes, including disaster recovery

• Proficiency in managing passwords and user access

• Understanding of business continuity planning and access management

• Familiarity with Red Hat and handling security incidents

• Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (MDB) and Configuration Management Database (CMBD)

• Experience in working with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Oracle DB and production support

• Ability to work without direct supervision and manage various projects simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
