The responsibilities of this position consist of answering inbound calls/ emails from existing Health Mart Atlas members which can result in providing an answer at that moment, additional research within the internal systems or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns. Representatives are expected to provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues.This position requires excellent communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills. Schedule Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm ET. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of related experience. Critical Requirements Must live in TX or OH. 2+ years Customer Service call center environment experience required. Pharmacy operation (pharmacy technician) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred. Salesforce.com is a plus. Work from home experience. Job Responsibilities Answering inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart Atlas pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations and reimbursement issues. Outbound calls to follow up on open issues that required additional research by the representative, another department or the PBM. This could also include returning voicemails or a call campaign. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure value proposition is clearly identified and communicated with members including contract updates, industry news and trends.
