Responsibilities Assesses and develops education to meet program needs, collaborating with leadership and system resources. Participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational activities and programs. Maintains expert clinical knowledge. Processes applications, facilitates interviews and onboarding for student experiences. Serves as a coach and role model, as well as an educational resource for staff, students, and volunteers. Provides feedback to staff and students to foster growth and skill development. Stays up to date with certification requirements and best practices. Responds to inquiries about student program and child life profession. Qualifications Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree in Child Life or related field, required. Licensure Requirement Certifications Certified Child Life Specialist, required. Skills Competency in child life clinical practice, required. Experience Minimum of 8,000 paid hours in child life clinical experience, required.
