Job Summary

Job Summary:

A Convention Center Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a bar operation within the convention center, ensuring smooth service, proper inventory management, staff training, and compliance with all liquor laws and regulations during large-scale events, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Beverage Manager, you will support the day-to-day handling, organization, and distribution of bar supplies, including alcoholic beverages, equipment, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments.

• Maintain clear and accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and location of items in the warehouse.

• Issue out and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems required for bar operations with management support.

  Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a setting related to hospitality or bar supplies.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
