Innova Solutions is immediately hiring Facilities Technician .
Position Type: Full Time Contract, Temp to Perm Duration: 12 Months Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80916
As Facilities Technician , you will:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Performs highly developed trades work, with an emphasis on electrical work as well general maintenance trades work such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Supports conference room set-ups/teardowns, internal moves, dry-erase board installations. Supports Facilities moves, furniture installations, and reconfigurations. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Licenses Electrical Journeyman High knowledge/skills in facilities operations and maintenance. Use of software to authenticate work orders and preventative maintenance. Experience supporting moves, furniture installations, reconfigures etc. Able to use blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications. Able to follow EHS policies and procedures.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: $30-$37 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
