Oracle Manager Account Cloud Engineer in COLOMBES, France

Reporting to the Director of Account Cloud Engineering for France you will be managing a team of Account Cloud Engineers and Cloud Architect positioning Oracle OCI IaaS and PaaS services to French companies.

You will be working closely with Cloud Technology Sales Management in France to set the direction for the Sales and Presales teams with rich opportunity to meet and present to senior customer management and show the way for your team.

Account Client Engineers (ACE) show the value and power of Oracle cloud technology and are responsible for the full adoption lifecycle. They constantly identify use cases that solve business needs for each of the customers in their territory and serve as the main advocates for our customers as they extend their OCI capabilities. What you’ll do:

  • Leading a team of Account Cloud Engineers you will provide direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to the Cloud Solutions team in designing, demonstrating, and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems.

  • Work alongside the Country Sales Leadership teams ensuring team’s collaboration toward a common goal

  • Establish business objectives, metrics and plans to ensure attainment.

  • Provide leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Identifies gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features

  • Have a bachelor or master’s degree in technology

  • Have a commercial business understanding and like to drive change

Applicants are required to read, write, and speak French and English.

While prior management experience is an advantage it is not a requirement for the role.
