Description $6k Sign on Bonus Position Summary Performs high and moderate complexity testing with high degree of skill and proficiency. . Assists on projects and takes on additional tasks as needed under supervision. Follows all hospital policies and procedures consistently. Assists in training new staff and students. Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
