We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of accounting experience. Position requires background in revenue and billing reconciliations.

Candidate will support finance and upper management. Working knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft, Excel, Access, Peachtree, Solomon, QuickBooks or Timberline a plus. Duties include heavy bank and account reconciliation work, light tax reviews, preparing depreciation schedules, reviewing financial reports and other special projects required by CFO.

You’ll have the opportunity for remote, hybrid and onsite roles, local to the Tampa Bay area. Must be located in this area to be considered.

We have a team of 60+ accounting specialists in Tampa Bay, that work for Robert Half on a salaried basis for their full-time career. Backgrounds for our staff vary from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeepers, Staff Accountants, Payroll Specialists and Senior Accountants.

It's a 40 hour work week, plus paid overtime is available, if desired.

And yes, even between projects in the field, you receive your salary and benefits! We actually will pay for you to take classes and certifications during this time!

Requirements

Requires 3+ years’ experience as Staff Accountant

Bachelor’s in Accounting

Experience in multiple ERP’s and strong Excel highly preferred
