Are you friendly, flexible, and love taking initiative? Then we have a position for you, we are staffing for an expanding company in need of an excellent and thorough Accounts Receivable Specialist.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role will handle:

• Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks at field sites, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and payroll liaison activities

• Prepare and post daily check deposits received in mail to the bank

• Collections: contact existing clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans

• Send out monthly customer statements

• Assist with other customer requests

  Requirements

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience in receivable/accounts payable

• Customer Service experience
